ADMISSION:

All student applications should be addressed to: The Principal, Online College of Business Studies and ICT, P.O. Box 17530 - 20100, Nakuru County. Kenya.

CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION:

No student will be registered without producing the following: -

  1.     Original result slip/certificate (which will be returned to the student after verification of its authenticity).
  2.     Two photocopies of the Result slip/certificates
  3.     Two copies of the completed personal details form.
  4.     Copy of the National Identity Card or Birth Certificate for those who are below 18 year old.
  5.     Receipts for requisite fees from the Finance Department.

PROCEDURE:

RESIDENT STUDENTS:

All aspiring resident students are requested to follow the following procedure:

  1. Download the application form for the respective qualification desired and fill it completely.
  2. Present the form to the front desk manager at the college reception for perusal.
  3. Get the College fee account number and required fee deposit from the front desk manager.
  4. Pay the fee at the designated bank and present the banking slip to the front desk manager.
  5. Front desk manager shall fill in your details, create a user name and password for you.
  6. Login in into the website and register your units before the registration deadline.

NON-RESIDENT STUDENTS:

All aspiring non-resident students (including those that are residents but reside outside Nakuru Town) are requested to follow the following procedure:

  1. Download the application form for the respective qualification desired and fill it completely.
  2. Make sure that your email address is clearly written as it shall be the only tool for communication.
  3. Also make sure that your current and active phone number is clearly written.

  5. College fee account number and required fee deposit shall be emailed back to you for payment.
  6. Pay the fee to the designated bank account, scan the original banking slip and send it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
  7. After verification of the deposit, a user name and password shall be created and sent to your email address.
  8. Login in into the website and register your units before the registration deadline.

STUDENTS PERSONAL DETAILS FORM
You are required to complete the form and attach passport size photograph. The photograph should bear names of candidate and admission number in FULL (NO INITIALS PLEASE) on the reverse side. (This information is important in the event of the photographs being misplaced). Forward the completed copy of the personal details form (MUJI/2) to the Principal's office immediately before the intake deadline.

ALL STUDENTS:

All students must ensure that they meet the minimum entry requirements as per an applied cource.

CPA: Mean Grade C+ and above; Maths = C+ and above; English = C+ and above at the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE) or equivalent.

KATC: Mean Grade D+ and above at the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE) or equivalent
